Bochonow Squeegee Grinder

The universal squeegee mounting system will apply to all commercially available squeegee blades. More then 150 grinders have been successfully installed.

Bochonow Squeegee Grinder - Squeegee Holder

The squeegee is firmly held with adjustable pneumatic pressure and the squeegee blade is exposed to the diamond grinding wheel. Since diamonds last forever (lifetime of grinding wheel is 5 - 7 years), no sanding belt, sanding wheel or cutting blade must be replaced.

The “always-sharp” diamond grinding wheel automatically adjusts to 10 or 20 micron grinding steps. Mechanical grinding repeatability is plus/minus 1 micron, extremely precise.
